Account Supervisor, Client Navigation - Remote

Overview

We’re growing and looking for an Account Supervisor (AS), Client Navigation to provide day-to-day management and delivery of account work for our healthcare and pharma clients.

In Short

• Developing first drafts of PR plans and program materials.
• Providing on-site support to clients when needed.
• Delivering excellent client service and ensuring seamless workflow.
• Implementing plans and providing thoughtful analysis.
• 5-6+ years of agency experience required.
• Experience in healthcare and FDA regulatory communications is crucial.
• Experience with external meetings and events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
