Account Supervisor - Remote

Overview

As an Account Supervisor, you will direct collaborative partnerships between clients, internal teams, and account staff, results through innovative solutions and effective client management.

In Short

• Oversee assigned projects from creative brief development to deployment.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned categories.
• Manage client relationships with mid to senior-level clients.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans.
• Assist with fiscal management of client accounts.
• Ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Supervise and develop direct reports.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Utilize VEEVA for managing client data and project workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred), with 3-5 years of experience in an agency or marketing setting.
• 2+ Years pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising experience.
• Full understanding of marketing communications and regulations.
• Comfortable managing between 2-3M in client business.
• Experience participating in brand planning.
• Prior experience with large scale campaigns.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and VEEVA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities.
