In Short

• This is a full-time position.
• Your first 6 months will focus on learning about Spectrum, healthcare communications, our clients and their brands.
• Opportunities across Client Services and Project Management departments.
• Participate in specific training programs relevant to your job function.
• Support innovative brands and clients in the healthcare space.
• Work collaboratively as a member of a team.
• Receive guidance and mentorship from industry leaders.
• Engage in Fellowship Program events.
• Eligible for overtime pay.
• Flexible work environment with remote options.

Requirements

• Must be a 2025 collegiate graduate.
• Able to start working full-time in June 2025.
• Strong interest in healthcare and/or healthcare communications.
• Prior internship experience preferred.
• Hardworking, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Able to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Able to think creatively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a team environment as well as work independently.
