In Short

  • Support the team in managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and execution of communication plans for product launches and campaigns.
  • Monitor project performance and support team in providing insights for optimization.
  • Keeps a pulse on industry, client, therapeutic area and competitor news to allow us to be strategic thought partners to senior leaders on the team and our clients.
  • Utilize VEEVA for managing client data and project workflows.
  • Take ownership of smaller projects and ensure their timely and successful delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their career development and growth within Spectrum.

Requirements

  • Experience in product communications and account management.
  • Prior PR agency experience.
  • Prior experience with large scale campaigns.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and VEEVA.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
