RAPP Dallas is looking for an Account Supervisor to join our award-winning Account Leadership team, overseeing internal teams and aligning with client expectations.

In Short

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management experience in an agency setting.
  • CRM experience required.
  • Experience with creative and technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and demonstrate flexibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to manage multiple project deliverables.
  • Understanding of account profitability and client retention.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
