Account Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Account Supervisor will act as a liaison between clients and the internal agency team, ensuring that client needs and goals are met while maintaining profitability for the agency.

• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Develop advertising and marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics.
• Prepare and present strategies, media plans, and creative concepts at client meetings.
• Maintain contact with clients throughout all stages of the campaign.
• Formulate plans to extend new business with established accounts.
• Supervise strategic development and implementation of client programs.
• Responsible for final out-the-door billing.
• Initiate new projects for clients.
• Work closely with the project manager on all projects.
• Create case studies for past campaigns.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Advertising agency experience is a must.
• Digital experience is a must.
• Ability to travel as needed.
