In Short

• Oversee execution of integrated media campaigns across channels.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, workflows, and scoping across the Paid Media team.
• Drive operational strategies and best practices for project management.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of media items.
• Work closely with Integrated Media Planners and other stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day workflow for multiple campaigns.
• Facilitate project documentation and ensure clarity in deliverables.
• Monitor project milestones and budget tracking.
• Lead performance optimization reviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for clients and staff.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in paid media project management.
• Strong understanding of digital media channels and analytics.
• Familiarity with media trafficking and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience in healthcare agency settings.
• PMP, ScrumMaster or other professional training preferred.
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across time zones.
• Knowledge of omnichannel orchestration projects.
• Ability to manage data and resolution projects.
