Overview

As our Director, Project Management, you will join the growing organization within the newly established Enablement Office (EO). The EO is designed to improve efficiencies and business practices across GMR’s client portfolio through multiple pillars dedicated to operational excellence.

In Short

• Lead and execute a program of work for a large client or portfolio of clients.
• Manage a team of project managers.
• Participate in planning, estimating, scenario planning, and detailed scoping of multi-channel programs.
• Establish and maintain project and financial reporting procedures.
• Support team development and career growth.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to protect agency integrity.
• Communicate effectively and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Develop program roadmaps and tactical plans.
• Drive stakeholder management and communications.
• Create, review, and approve project estimates and SOWs.
