Overview

This leadership position at Motorola Solutions is responsible for leading the Project Management and Solution Integration team, delivering NextGen 9-1-1 projects to public safety customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in managing complex software deployments in Public Safety.
• Established relationships in State & Local Government and Public Safety.
• Expert in project management methodologies.
• Ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accountability.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.
