In Short

• Engage with 3-4 customers simultaneously to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Guide customers through the implementation process of Noggin Solutions.
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops and solution design sessions.
• Create documentation for configuration tasks and solution designs.
• Perform system functional testing and prepare test plans.
• Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations and tailored training.
• Advise on best practices for system configuration and conduct reviews.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Noggin products and customer needs.
• Assist with troubleshooting post-project issues and coach junior team members.
• Log time accurately and achieve billable utilization targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business or software analysis or SAAS implementation.
• Experience with AI/machine learning technologies is preferred.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and solution design.
• Ability to work within project teams in a software development context.
• Familiarity with risk and crisis management systems is a plus.
• Eligible for Security Clearance.
