Overview

An Implementation Consultant at Motive is responsible for leading the onboarding and implementation process for high-value enterprise customers, ensuring successful transitions to new hardware and software solutions.

Project Leadership & Customer Onboarding: Manage the implementation process for clients.
Client Success & Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers.
Hardware and Software Configuration: Assist in installation and configuration of solutions.
Training & Enablement: Train customers to become self-sufficient administrators.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams for a unified customer experience.
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve client challenges.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for streamlining processes.

Requirements

2+ years in implementation or client management managing technology deployments.
Success in project management and collaboration.
Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
Experience with hardware and SaaS solutions preferred.
