Overview

The Director of Project Management at DEPT® is responsible for leading the Project Management organization for the creative organization, growing and developing a project management team, and representing DEPT to clients.

• Lead the Project Management organization for creative projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience in an agency.
• Experience managing complex campaigns and retainers.
• Strong delegation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Asana, and Slack.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience leading and coaching teams.
• Ability to develop and lead processes and training.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make informed decisions.
