In Short

• Manage the oversight of execution and conduct of clinical studies assigned to project managers.
• Provide pro-active guidance and direction to staff around project planning and execution.
• Line management of assigned staff within Project Management.
• Participate in recruitment and induction of new staff.
• Provide technical expertise and support to project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in life science or RN diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• In depth knowledge of clinical research regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Thorough knowledge of the clinical drug development process.
• Proven ability to deliver results to quality, time and financial metrics.
• Excellent organizational skills.
