As Operations Director, you will be the strategic force behind the seamless integration of people, process, data and technology—ensuring operational excellence across a high-profile global client account. You’ll work cross-functionally to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation, shaping the backbone of how we deliver.

Requirements

• Experience in managing concurrent workstreams
• Proven process improvement skills
• Ability to assess and prioritize operational issues
• Competence in developing replicable processes
• Understanding of media and media buying principles
• Experience in client management
• Data handling and analytics skills, ideally in PowerBi
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Jira
