Overview

The Bacardi team at OMD EMEA comprises ~10 experts managing cross channel activity for EMEA, responsible for strategic planning and buying of Programmatic, Search and Social advertising. This role involves leading the EMEA hub to instill best practice, training, and innovations regionally.

In Short

  • Manage cross-channel programmatic, search, and social advertising for Bacardi brands.
  • Work with platforms like The Trade Desk and DV360.
  • Drive programmatic performance and optimize existing activations.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and clients across various markets.
  • Integrate cross-platform reporting and suggest test and learn opportunities.
  • Deliver regional programmatic strategy across markets including FR, ES, DE, UK, and IT.
  • Lead best practice and training initiatives within the EMEA hub.
  • Participate in a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 remote).
  • Support flexibility in working hours and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience with programmatic advertising and digital marketing.
  • Training on The Trade Desk or DV360 is required.
  • Strong analytical skills to optimize performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in managing creative trafficking.
  • Familiarity with cross-channel reporting tools.
  • Ability to suggest innovative test and learn strategies.
