Overview

The Director of Operations is accountable for all areas of operations for a designated region of our company-owned venues, leading the development of teammates and ensuring operational standards are upheld.

In Short

  • Lead operations for company-owned venues in a designated region.
  • Develop and coach General Managers and venue management teams.
  • Ensure operational standards and company values are maintained.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain high visibility in venues and connect with teams.
  • Participate in building annual sales budgets and achieving targets.
  • Conduct operational excellence reviews and implement improvements.
  • Manage retention and hiring processes for venue staff.
  • Advocate for managers and resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure food and beverage quality through regular venue visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resourceful problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain high-performance standards.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
