Overview

The Director of Finance & Accounting is responsible for leading and improving accounting operations across multiple locations, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, payroll processes, and compliance while managing a talented finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of accounting experience with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in healthcare finance is a plus.
• Strong understanding of payroll and financial compliance.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting and cash management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Private equity or M&A integration experience is a bonus.
