• Familiarity with portal-based invoicing systems and vendor/client billing platforms
• Proficiency in Excel and financial/accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Highly detail-oriented and process-driven with the ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with tools like JobDiva, Conrep, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar systems
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
