Tactical is a full-service creative + innovation agency looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Accountant to support day-to-day supplier invoicing and accounts payable operations.

In Short

• Support supplier invoicing and accounts payable operations.
• Assist in payroll recording and expense tracking.
• Process and record supplier bills in the accounting system.
• Handle credit card receipts for tracking and reconciliation.
• Conduct credit card reconciliations for financial accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure expense mirroring across systems.
• Record payroll transactions in Xero.
• Provide payment proof to stakeholders after disbursement.
• Work with leading global brands and platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero).
• Familiarity with payroll processes and local compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
