  • Own and drive post-sale onboarding process for new EvenUp customers.
  • Lead strategic onboarding sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure rapid adoption and sustained value from our platform.
  • Maximize trial utilization and enhance customer retention.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address customer requirements.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to establish success metrics.
  • Mentor junior onboarding team members.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer onboarding or success roles.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or success roles, preferably in SaaS or legaltech.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end onboarding processes for enterprise clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of driving customer adoption.
  • High technical aptitude with understanding of SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
