Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Passion for the customer experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal connection abilities.
  • Comfortable with various software platforms.
  • Adaptable and able to troubleshoot on the fly.
  • Problem solver with attention to detail.
  • Bonus for experience in sales or account management.
