Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at AltoVita, you will play a vital role in managing accommodation requests and providing personalized housing options for corporate clients, all while working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

In Short

  • Manage incoming accommodation requests for corporate clients.
  • Provide timely solutions to complex client needs.
  • Build relationships with relocation management partners.
  • Support reporting on conversion figures and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Engage with hospitality partners and participate in supplier meetings.
  • Participate in property inspections to understand quality.
  • Identify market gaps and collaborate with the Hospitality Growth team.
  • Contribute to product development for hospitality operators.
  • Assist in optimizing Customer Success technology.
  • Work in a fully remote team with regular touch-points.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in hotel reservations or corporate housing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Occasional weekend on-call rotation.
  • US based - West Coast preferable.
