In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Conduct regular check-in calls and emails to assess customer sentiment.
  • Track onboarding milestones and monitor platform adoption.
  • Triage and coordinate resolution of customer-reported issues.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain account history.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to the Product Management team.
  • Proactively inform customers about new platform functionalities.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with stakeholders.
  • Understand cybersecurity principles and adapt messaging accordingly.
  • Possess strong active listening and empathy skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in a related area.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and establish trust.
  • Active listening and empathy skills.
  • Ability to learn and master Syteca’s features quickly.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
