The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging insights to enhance product adoption and client satisfaction.

In Short

  • Serve as the point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proactively monitor customer health and utilization data.
  • Deliver training and advise on best practices to maximize product usage.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Reviews with clients.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans and execute account strategy.
  • Maintain internal CRM to monitor customer health and identify at-risk accounts.
  • Own contract renewal processes and negotiate terms with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell and additional client value.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer within the organization.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and project management abilities.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and CRM systems.
  • High level of initiative and accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Passion for health equity and enhancing communication access.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to client sites.
