• Oversee post-sale client training, adoption, and strategic relationship management.
• Conduct client onboarding and run regular meetings with stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships across large accounts.
• Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve the product.
• Ensure clients are fully enabled to use the platform effectively.
• Drive client retention and expansion.
• Lead structured onboarding and training for new clients.
• Conduct ongoing training for existing clients on new features.
• Create and maintain self-service documentation and training resources.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in customer success or account management in a SaaS or financial technology environment.
• Strong ability to facilitate training sessions.
• Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience gathering client feedback and working cross-functionally.
