• We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms.
• Responsible for managing PPC strategy from keyword research and ad copy creation to bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.
• Involves launching and optimizing campaign types such as Local Services Ads, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client accounts.
• 100% Remote position, specifically for LATAM professionals.
• Full-time schedule aligned with EST.
• Start date is ASAP.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Local Services Ads campaign types.
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies, Quality Score, and ad rank mechanics.
• Proven ability to write effective ad copy and perform A/B testing.
• Experience using GA4 and connecting analytics with advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts across different industries.
• Google Ads certification is a plus.
