Meow Wolf is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns as we scale our marketing efforts and drive awareness for our immersive experiences.

• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in paid search campaigns.
• Deep understanding of SEM campaign structure and bidding strategies.
• Proven track record of optimizing for performance KPIs.
• Experience with campaign planning and competitor analysis.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics 4.
• Strong analytical skills with fluency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical demands of the job.
• Willingness to comply with workplace safety protocols.
