  • Managing the full customer lifecycle for a portfolio of Middle Accounts.
  • Leading renewal, upsell, and expansion cycles.
  • Running strategic customer meetings and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
  • Building personalized Success Plans to increase product adoption.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for critical accounts.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Translating customer feedback into product and process improvements.
  • Executing initiatives to increase engagement with key platform features.

Requirements

  • Proactive, strategic, and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in customer success management.
  • Ability to monitor health metrics and identify risks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in managing customer accounts.
