Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at ON24, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between ON24 and subscribing customers, ensuring successful adoption of the ON24 solution through effective enablement.

In Short

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers to drive product adoption.
  • Conduct frequent reviews to determine customer satisfaction and drive KPIs.
  • Maintain customer engagement levels and provide solutions for success.
  • Ensure successful execution of all client engagements.
  • Meet project timelines and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with onboarding teams to help new customers reach key milestones.
  • Assist with contract renewals and identify risks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes.
  • Document all communication accurately and timely.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and access to supporting tools.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success Management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Professional experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Integrity, creativity, and achievement-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
