Integration Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Integration Specialist provides support and consulting on the setup, execution, and coordination of integration services for webinars, engagement hubs and virtual environments. This role requires a highly detail-oriented individual who is comfortable interfacing with clients under fast-paced, time-critical situations and has excellent troubleshooting abilities.

In Short

• Participate in implementation discussions with clients who have purchased ON24 Connect
• Assist in training and educating customers on integration options for Marketing Automation Platforms and CRMs
• Support set-up of integration workflows and field mappings in the Scribe system
• Test, troubleshoot, and escalate integration issues
• Support CSMs in integration upsell discussions
• Ensure processes and best practices maintain data integrity
• Manage a variety of technology, data and service vendors
• Identify and develop best practices
• Develop & evangelize best practices

Requirements

• Understanding of data mining, data warehousing, business intelligence and lead management processes
• Experience in software or high-tech marketing is a plus
• Experience in business analytics
• Advanced user of marketing automation systems
• Well organized and able to provide high quality work
• Sense of urgency to provide rapid response to client requests
• Integrity, creativity, high standards, persistence, and achievement oriented
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
• Familiarity with database systems
• Salesforce experience required
• Programming experience a plus
