Overview

The Integration Specialist plays a key role in laying the foundation for a successful Client/Diver Partnership and ensuring both parties are working together harmoniously throughout their lifecycle.

In Short

• Facilitating weekly calls with Clients and Divers to ensure alignment.
• Managing Client dissatisfaction or misalignment with their Diver.
• Maintaining infrastructure for satisfaction and growth using various tools.
• Acting as the voice of the Client/Diver Partnership in internal processes.
• Supporting the Head of Integration in designing onboarding flows.
• Bridging complex cultural gaps through effective communication.
• Documenting processes and aligning on expectations.
• Working cross-functionally with Internal Diver Success and Training Teams.
• Ensuring Divers have the support they need to perform at their best.
• Engaging in proactive problem-solving to prevent issues.

Requirements

• Experience in client management or onboarding processes.
• Strong communication skills to bridge cultural gaps.
• Proficiency in tools like Hubspot, Tally, Notion, Canva, and Slack.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and document processes.
• Problem-solving skills to manage expectations and misalignment.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a team environment.
• Ability to analyze partnership health and client satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain infrastructure for success.
