As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will architect and optimize the full lifecycle experience across every stage of marketing and client journey at Oceans, focusing on retention, engagement, and revenue.

Requirements

• 3–6 years experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of segmentation and retention strategies.
• Ability to write effective emails and messaging.
• Analytical mindset for reporting and testing.
