The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will architect and optimize the full lifecycle experience across every stage of Oceans’ marketing and client journey, focusing on strategies that enhance engagement and retention.

• Architect and maintain HubSpot workflows across lifecycle stages.
• Design and implement reactivation systems for dormant accounts.
• Create high-performing nurture, onboarding, renewal, and win-back emails.
• Map and optimize client journeys to enhance retention.
• Track and report on retention metrics and email performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive communication.

• Work closely with Growth Marketing Lead and other teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and CRM integrity.

Requirements

• 3–6 years in lifecycle marketing or CRM.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle tactics and lead scoring.
• Ability to write effective emails and structured messaging.
• Analytical mindset for reporting and testing.
