Part-Time Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to design, develop, and implement engaging learning experiences that drive performance and knowledge retention.

In Short

• Part-time role with up to 20 hours per week.
• Design targeted instructional solutions based on learning needs.
• Develop engaging learning content using various authoring tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs and teams to ensure content accuracy.
• Evaluate training programs through feedback and metrics.
• Continuously improve learning experiences based on data analysis.
• Experience with video editing and graphic design tools preferred.
• Background in corporate training or technical education is beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft O365 applications.
• Excellent writing and editing skills required.

Requirements

• Experience with authoring tools like Camtasia, Skilljar, Zendesk.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of content management systems.
