Overview

This is a part-time (20 hours per week) Temporary Instructional Designer position that can be filled remotely for those residing in California. The length of assignment is estimated to be approximately 4 months.

In Short

  • Responsible for developing eLearning and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) curriculum.
  • Engage in administering ILT courses to staff.
  • Collaboration with SMEs to develop training content.
  • Requires knowledge of instructional design best practices.
  • Experience with video editing software.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
  • Temporary role with no benefits for the duration of the assignment.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of instructional design best practice models.
  • Experience developing technical training programs.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools like Adobe Audition and Premiere Pro.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to give clear direction both written and verbally.
  • Ability to manage an engaging learning environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in training course development.
