In Short

  • Responsible for sales of ON24's webcasting tools to new named accounts.
  • Leverage relationships in existing Enterprise accounts to prospect new business opportunities.
  • Partner with Client Success Team to facilitate introductions to client advocates.
  • Consult with prospects to determine the best solutions for their needs.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve individual activity and revenue targets.
  • Log sales activity in Salesforce.com.
  • Attend sales seminars and meetings to stay updated on market trends.
  • Travel approximately 10-15% to meet prospects and customers.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of direct sales experience in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience developing new business relationships with enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to conduct online sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Ability to converse professionally on industry topics and Internet technologies.
  • Ability to create successful sales strategies.
  • Highly developed organizational and management skills.
  • Strong detail orientation with numbers and contracts.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Creativity, persistence, integrity, and curiosity.
