Overview

As a Customer Success Coordinator at AltoVita, you will manage high-volume housing association requests, providing tailored housing options and support to clients in a fully remote environment.

In Short

  • Manage incoming accommodation requests for Housing Associations.
  • Provide personalized housing options using AltoVita's software.
  • Respond to client inquiries and offer timely recommendations.
  • Coordinate guest arrivals and check-in instructions.
  • Liaise with suppliers and housing associations for escalations.
  • Build relationships with Housing Association employees.
  • Support reporting on conversion figures and improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in property inspections and supplier meetings.
  • Contribute to product development for hospitality operators.
  • Assist in optimizing AltoVita's Customer Success technology.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate housing or global mobility.
  • 1+ year working on housing association requests (not mandatory).
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Weekend cover required on a rota basis.
