Overview

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to empower our sales and marketing teams by optimizing core processes and supporting daily operations in a fully remote environment.

In Short

  • Streamline and optimize sales & marketing processes.
  • Conduct audits of current sales processes.
  • Own and improve internal sales documentation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new sales team members.
  • Identify and fill gaps in enablement resources.
  • Support sales leadership with insights and materials.
  • Design and implement training on tools and processes.
  • Support day-to-day sales operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or sales enablement.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in business travel or corporate housing.
  • Proven experience in improving sales performance.
  • Experience in a high-growth, scale-up environment.
  • Deep expertise with HubSpot CRM.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset to improve team support.
