Overview

The Sales Enablement Manager at Newfi Lending will empower multi-channel sales teams by developing training programs, sales playbooks, and process improvements to drive productivity and success.

Requirements

• 3+ years in sales enablement or sales operations.
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending products.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Data-driven mindset for analyzing metrics.
• Proven ability to foster collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
