Overview

As a Manager, Customer Success at NinjaOne, you will lead a high-performing team of Account Executives responsible for driving revenue growth within our existing customer base. This is a critical leadership role focused on coaching, developing, and enabling your team to maximise cross-sell, up-sell, and retention opportunities.

In Short

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives.
  • Establish and maintain KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
  • Oversee sales strategies for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • Implement best practices for account management.
  • Build executive-level relationships with key customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams.
  • Utilize Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Drive a customer-first culture within the team.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of leadership experience in customer-facing sales roles.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong consultative selling expertise.
  • Analytical mindset with data optimization experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
  • Background in IT Operations, SaaS, or cloud technology preferred.
