Overview

The Channel Account Manager at NinjaOne owns the growth and success of our partner ecosystem within a defined region. This role is focused on identifying, onboarding, and activating high-potential channel partners, then building long-term, productive relationships that drive mutual revenue and expansion.

In Short

  • Identify, qualify, and onboard high-potential channel partners within your region.
  • Build and execute a repeatable channel sales motion in close partnership with NinjaOne Account Executives.
  • Activate partners through sales enablement, technical training, and joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Articulate the value of NinjaOne’s Partner Program and deliver product demos to partner stakeholders.
  • Own your regional partner plan, pipeline, and forecast with accountability to results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive partner success.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience working with Channel Partners, Value Added Resellers, Distributors or Managed Service Providers.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills to craft beneficial solutions.
  • Ability to proactively and independently identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in developing Partner/Territory business plans and measuring success against KPIs.
  • Proven experience influencing senior level partner executives.
