Overview

The Senior Data Analyst at Lyra Health will collaborate with various teams to provide critical business insights and enhance operational processes, ultimately contributing to high-quality mental health care.

In Short

Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Product teams.
Become an expert in diverse data sources.
Partner with Data Engineering to build analytics databases.
Conduct quantitative analyses to identify trends.
Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
Complete ad hoc data requests for high-priority objectives.
Guide stakeholders on reporting logic and metric development.
Build automation and self-service analytics solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of data analysis experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Strong SQL proficiency and experience with complex queries.
Experience with cloud data warehouses and dbt.
Strong dashboard and visualization development skills.
Experience with automated analytic solutions.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
Demonstrated project ownership experience.
