Quality Assurance Manager - Remote

Overview

As the Manager of Quality Assurance, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products and systems meet the highest standards of quality and reliability by overseeing all aspects of the quality management process.

In Short

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
• Lead the QA team in the development, documentation, and deployment of a test architecture for ERP and Corporate Systems.
• Oversee the development of test plans, test automation, and the inspection and testing of systems at various stages of development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on quality data to identify trends and take proactive measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a systems development environment.
• 5+ years in quality assurance team leadership.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
