Overview

The Quality Assurance Nurse (QA) plays a vital role in upholding Thyme Care’s high-quality standards by conducting quality audits that evaluate nurse-member interactions to ensure compliance and support remediation plans as needed.

In Short

  • Conduct routine and ongoing audits of telephonic nurse interactions.
  • Create individualized feedback and coaching plans for nursing team members.
  • Conduct 1:1 feedback and coaching sessions with nurse team members.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of clinical training materials.
  • Evaluate new hire training effectiveness through audits.
  • Conduct new hire ramp-up auditing and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to enhance service offerings.
  • Support the implementation of best practices in oncology case management.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to ensure adherence to operational policies.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Current RN license active and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • At least 2 years in a training or quality auditing role.
  • Experience in Oncology as a Nurse Navigator or Case Manager preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in auditing and providing feedback.
  • Experience with clinical education and regulatory audits.
