Overview

The Quality Assurance Nurse (QA) plays a vital role in upholding Thyme Care’s high-quality standards by conducting quality audits that evaluate nurse-member interactions to ensure compliance and support remediation plans as needed.

In Short

  • Conduct quality audits of nurse-member interactions.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to nursing team members.
  • Support the development of training programs.
  • Evaluate new hire training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to enhance service offerings.
  • Conduct quarterly and weekly audits as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Identify quality trends and training gaps.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support the Education and Enablement Nurse team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Current RN license active and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • At least 2 years in a training or quality auditing role.
  • Experience in Oncology as a Nurse Navigator or Case Manager preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in auditing and providing feedback.
  • Ability to develop clinical onboarding and training programs.
