Overview

The Enrollment Specialist Trainer at Thyme Care will support training and enablement for the Enrollment Team, ensuring effective communication and support for prospective members during the enrollment process.

In Short

• Develop training content for virtual and live sessions.
• Facilitate training sessions for new and existing Enrollment Team members.
• Create training materials and job aids.
• Monitor training module completion and assess understanding.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to enhance training materials.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in training delivery or staff development.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong tech skills and ability to learn new tools.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack.
• Understanding of healthcare terminology preferred.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.
• Proficiency in adult instruction and classroom management preferred.
