Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
• Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 8 years of nursing experience.
• 2 years of leadership experience in oncology navigation.
• Certification as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience with performance management strategies.
• Ability to lead teams through change and ambiguity.
• Desire to learn new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a bias to action.
