In Short

  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives within the Oncology Business Unit.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for oncology products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Sales, and Global teams.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in marketing activities.
  • Represent the Business Unit at industry conferences and meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven ability to develop successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analytics.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • High command of English and Turkish.
