The Country Lead Associate Director Clinical Research is responsible for overseeing clinical trial execution and compliance in Saudi Arabia, ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards while managing relationships with local stakeholders.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
• Bachelor's degree in Science or comparable.
• Advanced degree preferred (e.g., Master, MD, PhD).
• Experience in oncology trials is a plus.
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and protocols.
• Strong organizational skills required.
