Join Natera as a Area Marketing Manager to play a critical role in driving awareness and adoption of our cutting-edge molecular residual disease (MRD) test Signatera® for oncology healthcare providers.

In Short

• Drive awareness and adoption of oncology products.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Sales teams.
• Develop educational tools and peer-to-peer programs.
• Customize education for medical oncologists and surgeons.
• Support regional events and manage timelines and budgets.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends.
• Track effectiveness of regional campaigns.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Work in a remote capacity with travel requirements.
• Contribute to the growth of oncology products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare product marketing or related fields.
• Experience in life sciences, health technology, or diagnostics.
• Oncology experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
• Ability to synthesize clinical information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional team leadership.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels is a plus.
